Women in the workplace, especially the technical arenas, think differently. We bring a unique perspective that can be embraced, appreciated, or rejected. Like anyone else, we may turn into bears, but at the heart of it we really want to be “easy” to get along with.
How do we translate those individualities into assets, eliminate the self-imposed barriers, and self-manage into a smooth-sailing, pleasant worklife?
